The Boy on the Beach. Signed "S. Lewis 1882".  Framed original oil on canvas of  {110 cm H x 206 cm W}. 

This is a fantastic large scale original artwork for little money.  I don't know anything about the artist but this piece is not really about that. The painting has a lovely vibe. The young lad looks like he might have bunked off from doing his Victorian chores and is enjoying his day dream on the beach and a few moments of simple pleasure. And of course the scale is eye-popping!
