Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mike@mikekearney.me. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • customers who purchase from us via online or telephone orders have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of the invoice date

  • we will issue a refund to customers if you’ve told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days thereafter to return the goods

  • it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the goods, if the item is not faulty. If the item is faulty, we will reimburse any costs involved

  • we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

  • the refund issued will be the cost of the item only and will not include the packing/delivery/insurance costs incurred when sending you the goods. 

  • the refund will be processed using your original payment method and we only accept returns from the person who bought the item

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • if you have physically seen the item in our showroom and the item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase

  • if anything which add provenance has been removed such as labels or maker’s marks.

  • if an item has been damaged or altered by trying to repair it 

  • if you have physically seen the item in our showroom and for whatever reason, you no longer want an item (if you bought it online, without seeing it,  you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price only - see above)


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
